  1. During maintenance and after construction, the power must be turned off. If the power is turned on for
    maintenance or repair of the circuit, do not touch any conductive parts in the equipment Part of it may cause electric shock.
  2. Please use a safe power supply that meets the equipment requirements ( 380V/50-60Hz) to ensure
    that the machine is working properly. If there is a malfunction, please immediately cutoff the power and contact the manufacturer.

1,The first time you use the equipment,
you must add 30 liters of 46# hydraulic oil.

2,Connect to the 380-volt power supply mainline

3,Step on the control pedal and continue to run up and down until the maximum

stroke is reached multiple times. Perform air treatment on the hydraulic cylinder
pipeline until the equipment runs smoothly up and down!

4,The equipment should be placed in the
designated position, and it is recommended to turn the locking switch of the wheels to ensure the balance and stability of the
equipment.

2,According to the swing arm structure and rubber sleeve size, select the appropriate
support drag plate and match it with the
rubber sleeve hydraulic mold pressure head.

3,Step on the control pedal and slowly
lower it to ensure that the mold pressure head is in the same center position as the workpiece. Slowly press out the rubber
sleeve and retract the mold head. During the pressing process, do not put your
hands deep into the hydraulic range.

4,During the construction process, it is
necessary to step slowly and observe while operating to avoid the workpiece being
crushed

5,Different workpieces require the selection of appropriate combination schemes based on the construction space

6,After the construction is completed, turn off the power switch and organize the
equipment back to its original position

Equipment maintenance  

1,Please regularly check the hydraulic oil. If the hydraulic oil turns black, please replace it in a timely manner.

2,Please regularly check and tighten the fixing screws of the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic oil pipe..

Common troubleshooting  

Common faults Reason for malfunction Solution

Insufficient
system pressure The pressure of the over且ow valve is set too low Adjust the pressure of the over且ow valve again
The pressure regulating spring of the over且ow valve is deformed Replace the pressure regulating spring

Shaking during work
There is air in the hydraulic system check the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank for bubbles, eliminate the
possibility of air entering, step on the control pedal, and run back and forth at the fastest speed and maximum stroke to exhaust the air in the cylinder.
Insu伍cient hydraulic oil in the fuel tank Add hydraulic oil to the standard level
The oil pump is not supplying oil normally Repair or replace the oil pump
Over且ow valve vibration or system resonance check the fixed system accessories and eliminate resonance
