1. Long press the Add new oil function button for five
   seconds to enter the system settings interface, where you can calibrate the electronic scale and switch between
   Chinese and English!
2. Before maintenance, the damping parameters need to be saved by pressing the “Save Pressure Function” button. To repair the damping parameters before maintenance, the
   record can be saved and the parameter display after
   maintenance can be entered.
3. Press the new oil filling function button to enter the Add new oil interface. Press the
   corresponding function button on the display to start and stop filling. On the new oil filling
   interface, press the new oil filling function button again to set the filling time.

5. Pressure sensor calibration requires
   entering the calibration password to enter the calibration program. If you need to
   calibrate the electronic scale, please contact the manufacturer’s technical personnel
6. Before measuring damping, place the
   shock absorber in the sensor slot and press the pressure zero function key to clear the weight of the shock absorber itself. Only
   then can the damping test of the shock
   absorber be carried out to ensure accurate data.

1.Connect the gas source to a 220V power supply, turn on the power switch, and the equipment will automatically produce
high-purity nitrogen gas.

2.Detect the initial damping of the shock absorber and record the data.

3.Place the pre repair shock absorber at the sensor mount position, press the
pressure zero button, and remove the weight of the shock absorber before
conducting the damping test. After the damping data on the monitor stabilizes, press the save pressure button to save the damping data before repair.

4.Drain the old oil, find a matching filling
joint and connect the filling tube quick
connector, sealand block it. Insert the
joint into the shock absorber and invert it, ensuring that the oil drain port is facing
downwards and the tooth joint is lifted
upwards to open the oil sealand insert the shock absorber. At this time, the shock
absorber oil is discharged. (Before draining the oil, please inject sufficient nitrogen gas into the shock absorber before draining the oil normally)

5. Inject oil into the equipment, open the injector valve, and inject an equal amount of new oil into the equipment through the syringe.
6. Empty the filling tube, remove the filling
   quick connect tube, empty the air in the filling tube, reinsert the quick connect tube, and
   close the filling valve.
7. Adjust the filling pressure to 4kg through the pressure regulating valve.
8. Press the Add new oil function key, select the corresponding start function key, insert the quick connector into the oil filling joint and start filling with new oil. After the new oil is filled, nitrogen will be filled, and the shock absorber pressure rod will rebound.
9. After filling with the corresponding amount of nitrogen, press the corresponding function button to stop filling, cover it with a cloth
   block,and pullout the filling connector.
10. Test the repaired damping again, and
    there will be a comparison of the data before and after on the display.
